When we heard the financial situation that Beacon Harbor has recently found itself in with the financial cut backs from the state and grants like the United Way, we wanted to do what we could to pitch in. My fiancé has a step sister who is a resident at Beacon Harbor and I will soon be gaining a sister-in-law once we are married in May. With our wedding ceremony in May, we already have a few wedding and bridal showers on the calendar that will be thrown in our honor. One way we thought about assisting Beacon Harbor was to make a donation in each of our host/hostesses names so that we could put that money normally spent on a gift for them, towards the needs of the residents. Every little bit counts right? We encourage you to think out of the box for your next chance to donate to Beacon Harbor. And challenge others....
